Folklore

In questo mondo risiedono forze malvagie, che vogliono distruggere tutto ciò che è stato creato dagli dei e dagli uomini. Senza guardiani di uguale forza, tutto sarebbe ormai caduto molto tempo fa. Zhong Kui è stato un uomo un tempo con ambizioni non più grandi di essere uno studioso eccellente, ma dopo la morte divenne lo scudo perfetto contro gli attacchi del male. Zhong Kui cercò di confrontare la sua mente brillante contro gli esami imperiali, test atti a selezionare i consiglieri dell'imperatore. Egli li passo con facilità, ma quando l'imperatore vide la sua faccia orribile, lo cacciò. Offeso, furioso,Zhong Kui sì lancio ripetutamente contro i cancelli del palazzo finché il suo corpo non si spezzò. Per il suo crimine,Zhong Kui fu giudicato dal Re dell'Inferno, ma dove l'imperatore vide solo bruttezza, il re dell'Inferno vide del potenziale genio. Zhong Kui fu nominato signore dei demoni, e in caricato di cacciare e stanare per sempre la malvagità del mondo. Per secoli, i proprietari di case e di negozi hanno adornato i loro edifici con immagini di Zhong Kui, poiché quel viso che una volta sconvolse l'imperatore, adesso risplende con uno scopo verso i demoni indesiderati. Però in questi giorni, non sono solo i negozi e le case ad essere in pericolo, ma l'intero mondo. Non bisogna avere una mente come quella di Zhong Kui per vedere la mano della malvagità nella guerra degli dei. È ormai arrivato il tempo di punire questi demoni,e Zhong Kui ha intenzione di distruggerli tutti quanti.

Abilità

Passiva - Sacca di Demoni I Demoni che Zhong Kui cattura da Esorcismo vengono stipati nella sua Sacca, conferendogli Resistenze addizionali per ogni Demone catturato. • Zhong Kui direct taunt to Neith "If only you let me paint you like a french girl..." is a reference to the movie Titanic.

• Aphrodite's direct taunt to Zhong Kui is also a reference to the same line.
