Nu Wa è una delle Divinità giocabili in SMITE.
Folklore[ | ]
Quando due dei distrussero il pilastro del mondo mentre si combattevano, il cielo e la terra si spostarono pericolosamente e la fine del mondo si scatenò. Tempesta di fuoco, inondazioni e mostri assetati di sangue devastarono la terra e uccisero molte più vite di quante se ne potessero contare. In tempi passati, Nu Wa, la guardiana del Paradiso e della terra, plasmò a mano tutte le persone dall' argilla. Essi erano le sue creazioni, i suoi bambini e la sua responsabilità. Quando la terra tremo e si ruppe, e i cieli divennero neri di cenere, Nu Wa forgiò cinque mistiche pietre, una per ogni forza elementale della natura: Terra, acqua, fuoco, foresta e metallo. Con il potere di queste pietre, ella uccise una testuggine gigantesca, ruppe le sue zampe e le unì al pilastro del mondo ormai rotto. Una stampa la uso per mantenere i cieli in alto e con le pietre elementali li fissò al loro posto. L'equilibrio tra il cielo e la terra vende restaurato ma il mondo non fu più lo stesso. I cieli si schiarirono, ma le stelle erano cambiate. I mari si ritirarono, ma i ruscelli scorrevano verso ovest. Tutto si era incrinato, ma la fine era stata scongiurata. Negli anni a seguire, Nu Wa e suo fratello Fu Xi, salirono sul trono della Cina. Essi governarono con saggezza e inaugurarono un' epoca di ricovero e prosperità, e per questo ella venne adorata e venerata ancora oggi. Però, i cieli sono diventati scuri ancora una volta e il caos minaccia di inghiottire il paese. Gli dei di tutti i Pantheon hanno scelto la terra come campo di battaglia, scambiandosi i colpi con lo stesso fervore sconsiderato che distrusse il pilastro del mondo così tanto tempo prima. Determinata a prevenire che una tale calamità si possa ripetere, Nu Wa ha evocato le pietre elementali un'altra volta. Perchè ella è la Guardiana del Paradiso e della Terra: tutta l'umanità è la sua creazione, sua figlia, la sua responsabilità.

- Nu Wa's Old Wa skin is her appearance before her visuals were overhauled in patch 1.0.2247. The skin is named after a community pun in which her remodeled version is referred to as "New Wa", and her original one as "Old Wa".
