Molto tempo fa, tre imperatori si contendevano la supremazia di una giovane nazione. Quasi giunto al dominio, l'imperatore di fiamma chi era il più grande dei suoi generali, il Guerriero poeta Xing Tian. Egli combattè senza mai stancarsi contro gli altri imperatori ma le loro forze erano troppo grandi; le loro armi troppo affilate. Xing Tian tornò dal suo Signore sconfitto ma con lo spirito intanto. Lo pregò di spiegare le forze e incontrare il nemico ancora una volta, ma l'imperatore di fiamma si rifiutò. Il suo regno era ormai finito, la sua vita in pegno all'imperatore giallo. Non intenzionato a dare per persa la battaglia del suo Signore, Xing Tian raccolse l'esercito di fiamma per un ultimo assedio al palazzo del cielo dell'Imperatore Giallo. Mentre i soldati si scontravano intorno a loro, Xing Tian sfidò l'imperatore giallo in un combattimento singolo,e i due titani si scambiarono colpi sulla vetta di una montagna. In alto sopra il piccolo coperto di neve, la lama dell'Imperatore Giallo colpì, decapitando Xing Tian. Passarono giorni oppure anni? Non si sa, ma qui, alla base della montagna,Xing Tian si svegliò. Una nuova faccia bruciava dal suo petto. Il fuoco della Battaglia si rinnova, e il senza testa Xing Tian si alzò per combattere ancora.
Per lui, non può esserci sconfitta, non può esserci morte. Finché ci sarà una battaglia da combattere, non si arrenderà mai. E non morirà mai.
